After Your Free Invisalign Consultation
After a very extended consultation (I’d be shocked if extensive” was not Dr. Tejas ‘s middle name), I was confident I could handle #InvisalignLife. I was incorrect. At least for the very first few weeks when I was so depressed, I simply wanted to pitch the tray (the plastic aligner that moves your teeth) in the garbage and roll the dice on my dental future. But I stuck with it, and it was worth it. Having said that, here’s what I wish I had known before I signed up. I should note that Dr. Tejas at Austin Invisalign Center shared me all of this at my first appointment, so it’s actually what I wish I paid careful attention to before getting Invisalign.
Dr. Tejas moved to Austin in 2010 and immediately fell in love with our delightful city. Dr. Tejas is initially from the Texarkana region. He attended Texas A&M for his undergraduate degree and The University of Tennessee Health Science Center for his degree in dental surgery (DDS). Dr. Tejas is committed to providing his patients with gentle, technologically advanced dental treatment. He attends a mean of 60 hours of continuing education each year. Dr. Tejas is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Capital Area Dental Society Dr. Tejas and his wife, Natalie, have a 9-year-old daughter, Sydney, who is a proud third grader at Austin Elementary. He loves raising his family in the Westlake community and is also very involved in the Eanes PTO, his church.
Dr. Tejas has been my dentist for several years now. I exceptionally recommend his work. He certainly will take great care of you and is exact and methodical. The very first two characteristics are important, but the last one is a selling point with me. It feels so right to be cared for by a nice person. Who desires laughing gas when you’ve got Dr. Tejas. I like him.
